高职院校实施全员导师制的实践与思考

摘要 对高职院校实施全员导师制进行探讨。调查发现:47.51%的学生认为导师与自己进行面对面交流的机会少,帮助效果不明显,28.73%的学生在遇到问题时从来没有去找过导师,7.73%的学生认为导师对自己的关心关爱程度不够,1.66%的导师对学生们反馈的事项不理会,3.31%的学生在与导师进行交流的过程中感觉到几乎没有收获,36.46%的学生认为师生应该双向选择。对全员导师制实施存在的问题进行思考,给出了具体对策。高职院校实施全员导师制,可以实现全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的良好效果。 The research explores the total tutorial system in the higher vocational college.The investigation finds that 47.51%students think that the face-to-face communication between tutors and themselves is less with no significant assistance effect,28.73%students never seek tutor’s help when encountering problems,7.73%students think that tutor’s care is not enough,1.66%tutors do not care for the student’s feedback,3.31%students think they gain little during their communication with the tutors,and 36.46%students think that two-way selection is needed between teachers and students.Based on the thinking of the problems of total tutorial system,specific countermeasures are proposed.Total tutorial system in the higher vocational college can realize the good effect of total,whole course and omnibearing education.
