情绪智力对大专生实验操作能力的影响研究——以福建卫生职业技术学院为例

摘要 以探讨情绪智力对大专生实验操作能力的影响为目的。将福建卫生职业技术学院临床专业二年级234名学生作为研究对象,通过情绪智力量表及自编实验操作能力调查量表了解学生的情绪智力水平和实验操作能力水平,并进行相关性分析。结果显示,学生的情绪智力总分为(85.42±26.73),其中情绪知觉评分和自我情绪管理评分男生均高于女生,而他人情绪管理和情绪利用两个维度的评分则是女生高于男生,P<0.01。实验操作能力总分为(44.75±19.26),66.2%的学生实验操作能力为中下水平。相关分析表明,情绪智力与实验操作能力存在正相关,情绪智力能解释实验操作能力总变异的90.5%(F=62.902,P=0.000)。情绪智力对实验操作能力有正向促进作用,情绪智力高者实验操作能力较强,情绪智力是实验操作能力的重要预测因子。应重视高职临床专业学生的情绪智力教育,助力全科医生的培养。 To explore the correlation between emotional intelligence and experimental operation ability of clinical students in the high vocational college,234 clinical students of Fujian Health College were assessed with the emotional intelligence scale and self-made experimental operation ability scale for evaluation of the emotional intelligence and experimental operation ability,and the correlation analysis was done.The total scores of emotional intelligence were(85.42±26.73).The scores of emotion perception and self-emotion management were higher in boys than in girls,while the scores of other people’s emotion management and emotion utilization were higher in girls than in boys,P<0.01.The total scores of experimental operation ability were(44.75±19.26),and 66.2%of the students’experimental operation ability was in intermediate or lower level.Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and experimental operational ability,and emotional intelligence accounted for 90.5%of the total variation in experimental operational ability(F=62.902,P=0.000).Emotional intelligence can promote experimental operation ability.Those with high emotional intelligence have better experimental operation ability,and emotional intelligence is an important predictor of experimental operational ability.We should pay attention to the emotional intelligence education of clinical students in higher vocational colleges to help the training of general practitioners.
