摘要 分析重症医学科年轻护士培训考核中采用OSCE教学模式的临床价值。本次研究于2019年2月2020年3月间,共选择本院重症医学科年轻护士40名作为临床观察对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组(各20名),对照组采用常规教学及培训考核方法,观察组采用OSCE教学模式及培训考核方法。两组培训考核结果显示:对照组核心能力自我评价满意度较观察组均更低(P<0.05);对照组护理能力综合评分较观察组更低(P<0.05)。在重症医学科年轻护士培训考核中采用OSCE教学模式,有利于提高其核心能力和临床护理能力,具有较高的应用价值。 The research analyzes the clinical value of OSCE teaching mode in training and assessment of young nurses in ICU.40 young nurses in ICU in the hospital are selected as the clinical observation objects from Feb.2019 to Mar.2020,and they are randomly divided into control group and observation(20 nurses in each group).Control group receives routine teaching and training assessment method,and observation group receives OSCE teaching mode and training assessment method.Training and assessment results of two groups show that self-assessment satisfaction of core ability of control group is lower than observation group(P<0.05).Comprehensive score of nursing ability of control group is lower than observation group(P<0.05).OSCE teaching mode of training and assessment of young nurses in ICU is beneficial to improve core and clinical nursing ability,and it is worth application.
