Teaching Reform and Practice Exploration of Machining Practical Training

机械加工实训是机械专业学生必修的实践教学环节,在国家工业4.0的时代背景下,对机械加工实训教学也提出了新的要求。结合多年实训教学实践经验,对机械加工实训教学的方法、途径、教学模式、教学内容、教学质量考核、教学改革实践效果进行了阐述和分析。通过对传统机械加工实训教学理念与教学模式进行改革,提升了高校机械加工实训课程教学质量和水平。

Machining practical training is the compulsory practice teaching link for students of machining major.Under the background of national industry 4.0,new requirements have been proposed for machining practice teaching.Through combining with the practice experience of practical training for many years,the research explores and analyzes the method,pathway,teaching practice,teaching content,teaching quality examination and teaching reform practice effect of the machining practical teaching.Through the reform of traditional machining practical teaching concept and teaching model,the machining practical teaching quality and level of the college are improved.
