摘要
为提高大学生的心理素质,开展了第二课堂中应用型本科心理健康教育活动的实效性研究。分析了应用型本科心理健康教育活动存在的问题,具体表现在学生对心理健康教育活动的参与热情不高、心理健康教育活动娱乐性偏重、专业指导教师的参与程度较低。提出了第二课堂心理健康教育活动实效性的提升策略,应提升学生对心理健康教育活动的参与程度,合理设置心理健康教育活动内容,加强专业教师对心理健康教育活动的指导,进而提升大学生的心理素质,促进学生的全面发展。
In order to improve student’psychological quality,the study explores the practical effect of applied undergraduate psychological health education activities in the second course,analyzes the problems of applied undergraduate psychological health education activities,i.e.insufficient participation enthusiasm of students,particular stress on the entertainment of psychological health education activities,and less participation of professional academic advisors.The practical improvement strategies of psychological health education activities in the second course are proposed,i.e.to improve student’s participation of psychological health education activities,rationally allocate its content,and promote the guidance of professional teachers,in order to improve college student’s psychological quality,and promote student’s comprehensive development.
