摘要
为了探究贵阳地区空气源热泵的结霜与除霜特性,搭建了实验平台进行实验,得出结霜与除霜过程中空气源热泵系统各特性参数的变化规律。结果表明,从开始运行到启动除霜,室外蒸发器表面温度降低了10.3℃,压缩机吸气温度降低了17.3℃,吸气压力降低了18.6%,系统制热量与COP降幅分别为25%、19.3%;除霜时,机组未制热,且向室内取热,导致室内温度下降;除霜完成110 s后,蒸发器表面温度低于0℃,机组会快速地再次结霜,这将使机组频繁地启动除霜,引起室内热舒适性变差,为后续空气源热泵除霜方法的优化研究打下基础。
In order to explore the frosting and defrosting characteristics of air source heat pump in Guiyang Region,an experimental platform is built for experiments,and the variation law of characteristic parameters of air source heat pump system in the process of frosting and defrosting is obtained.The results show that from the start of operation to the start of defrosting,the surface temperature of outdoor evaporator decreases by 10.3℃,the suction temperature of compressor decreases by 17.3℃,the suction pressure decreases by 18.6%,and the decreases of system heating capacity and COP are 25%and 19.3%respectively.During defrosting,the unit does not make heat and takes heat from the room,resulting in the decrease of indoor temperature;110 s after defrosting,the evaporator surface temperature is lower than 0℃,and the unit will frost again quickly.This makes the unit frequently start defrosting,and makes thermal comfort worse,which lays foundation for the optimization research of air source heat pump defrosting in the future.
