为了细化材料成本控制流程,提升建筑工程材料管理质量,指出了建筑工程材料采购成本控制中存在的问题,包括采购计划不严谨、规范性差、管理制度不完善、制约性不突出、市场化运作条件不成熟、对市场了解不深入等。提出了建筑工程材料采购成本控制办法:细化材料采购计划,分析成本影响因素,建立信息化管理体系,及时分析材料进购信息,调节市场化合作关系,固定产品供应进购厂商,以明确材料成本控制要点,切实提高建筑工程材料采购成本控制质量,为建筑工程质量监督监管奠定基础。

In order to refine the process of cost control of material cost,and improve the management quality of construction engineering materials,the research points out the problems of the cost control of construction materials procurement,i.e.procurement plan is not strict,regulation is weak,management system is not perfect,conditionality is not prominent,market operation condition is immature,and the understanding of market is not deep,etc.Cost control methods of construction materials procurement are proposed,i.e.the refinement of material procurement plan,analysis of cost influencing factors,establishment of information management system,timely analysis of material procurement information,adjustment of marketization cooperation relationship,and fixation of product supply procurement manufacturers,in order to clarify the key points of material cost control,actually improve cost control quality of construction material procurement,and lay basis for construction quality supervision.
