船舶水手消防应急能力提升策略探析

Exploration of Strategies for Improving Fire Emergency Capability of Ship Sailors

为增强船舶水手消防意识,维护船舶安全,分析了船舶消防特点及船舶消防演习的基本内容,提出提升船舶水手消防应急能力的有效策略:杜绝松懈,增强防范意识;计划防范,增强责任意识;落实安全要求,增强法律意识。切实提升火灾防范能力、灭火能力及应急处置能力,适应船舶消防特点,为船舶消防安全提供有力保障。

In order to strengthen the consciousness of firefighting of ship sailors,and maintain the safety of the ships,the research analyzes the basic content of ship firefighting,and proposes the effective strategies of the emergency ability of emergency capability of ship sailors,i.e.to completely eradicate relaxation,strengthen prevention consciousness;plan and prevent,strengthen responsibility consciousness;implement safety requirements,strengthen law consciousness.It is suggested to improve fire prevention,extinguishing and emergency disposal capacity,and adapt to ship firefighting characteristics,in order to provide strong guarantee for ship firefighting safety.
