齐齐哈尔市公共交通系统特征与可靠性规划研究

Study on the Characteristics and Reliability Planning of Qiqihar Public Transportation System

以齐齐哈尔市公共交通为研究对象,基于公共交通可持续发展的相关理论,借鉴国内外城市公共交通发展经验,分析了出行者特征分布、公交候车时间、首发班次设定、覆盖率满意度、公交服务水平等内容。调查发现,齐齐哈尔市公共交通系统存在一些问题,包括公交线网密度不够、基础设施不完善、城市道路交通环境较差、公交优先难以保障。提出了齐齐哈尔市公共交通系统可靠性规划措施:提高路网密度,增加覆盖率,完善基础设施建设,完善运营体制,提供充足资金,以创建更加安全、舒适的交通环境,促进城市发展。

Based on the relevant theories of sustainable development of public transportation and the experience of urban public transportation development at home and abroad,the research analyzes the contents of traveler’s characteristic distribution,bus waiting time,setting of the first bus,coverage rate satisfaction and bus service level.The investigation finds that there are some problems in bus traffic system in Qiqihar City,including insufficient bus net density,imperfect infrastructure,weak urban road traffic environment and difficulty in public transport priority guarantee.Reliable planning measures in public traffic system in Qiqihar City are proposed,i.e.to improve road network density,increase coverage,perfect infrastructure construction,perfect operating mechanism,and provide sufficient capital,in order to create safer and more comfortable traffic environment and promote city development.
