白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6与肿瘤坏死因子-α在非酒精性脂肪性肝病发展过程中的作用

Role of interleukin-1β, interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the development of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是最常见的肝病,其发生与肥胖关系密切,但其发病机制目前尚未完全明确,越来越多的证据表明,除了代谢异常外,肥胖引起的全身慢性非特异性炎症也在NAFLD的发生发展中发挥重要作用。本文总结了白细胞介素-1β,白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α等3种肥胖时体内升高的炎性细胞因子在NAFLD的各阶段,包括非酒精性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪肝炎、肝纤维化、肝硬化和肝细胞癌等阶段所发挥的作用,以期为寻找NAFLD预防及治疗的新方法提供相关参考。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is the most common liver disease, and its occurrence is closely related to obesity. But its pathogenesis is not yet fully understood. More and more evidences show that, in addition to metabolic abnormalities, systemic chronic nonspecific inflammation caused by obesity also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of NAFLD. In this study, we reviewed the role of inflammatory cytokines increased in obesity, including interleukin-1β, interleukin-6, and tumor necrosis factor-α, in various stages of NAFLD, including nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, hepatic fibrosis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma, in order to provide relevant reference for finding new methods of the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
