One of the serious consequences of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic is the extreme restriction on international contacts.Communication between some countries has almost been frozen for a period of time,which is a manifestation of“social distancing”,a strategy for epidemic prevention and control,among countries.In the context of economic globalization,“social distancing”has caused serious adverse effects,including poor communication in society,the economy and personnel,reduced efficiency of resource allocation,and increased costs.Therefore,people should take necessary measures to restore international contact and eliminate these adverse effects as soon as possible.
