宫腔粘连患者术后子宫内膜修复的研究进展

Research Advance in Postoperative Endometrial Repair in Patients with Intrauterine Adhesion

宫腔粘连(IUA)是育龄期女性的常见病、多发病,严重影响女性身心健康和生殖能力,其最终治疗目的是构建正常宫腔形态、恢复月经周期、促进子宫内膜修复。因此,针对育龄期IUA患者,术后子宫内膜修复的方式显得尤为重要。目前,IUA术后主要采用药物治疗、物理治疗、羊膜治疗和干细胞治疗等方法,通过干预子宫内膜修复的机制促进子宫内膜修复,并降低其再粘连的发生率。虽然目前促进子宫内膜修复的相关研究已取得一定进展,但仍有许多问题需要未来深入探索,如子宫内膜修复的具体机制、治疗方法的作用机制等,从而为IUA患者术后子宫内膜修复提供新思路。

Intrauterine adhesions(IUA)is a common and frequently occurring disease in women of childbearing age,which seriously affects the women′s physical and mental health and reproductive ability.The ultimate goal of the treatment of IUA is to build a normal uterine cavity shape,restore the menstrual cycle,and promote the repair of endometrium.Therefore,for the patients of childbearing age with IUA,postoperative endometrial repair methods are particularly important.At present,the main clinical methods include drug therapy,physical therapy,amniotic membrane therapy,stem cell therapy and so on.The uses of these methods to intervene the mechanism of endometrial repair to promote its repair,and reduce the incidence of re-adhesion.At present,the research of promoting endometrial repair has made some progress,but there are still many problems to be further explored in the future,such as the specific mechanism of endometrial repair,the action mechanism of the therapeutic methods,so as to provide new ideas for the postoperative endometrial repair of IUA patients.
