摘要 针对衬帽贴合生产线,利用ABB的Robotstudio仿真软件进行仿真设计。首先,搭建衬帽贴合生产线的整体布局;其次,运用Smart组件对输送链及末端执行器进行属性设置,创建机器人I/O信号及连接方式;然后,设定机器人和输送链及末端执行器之间的生产线逻辑关系,完成衬帽贴合生产线的离线编程;最后,利用信号分析功能对比分析不同TCP速度下机器人的总能耗及生产节拍,对程序进行优化。该仿真为实际衬帽贴合生产线设计提供数据参考,能够有效降低实际生产线的设计及调试成本,缩短研发周期。 Robots are widely used in the fields of medicine,petrochemical,food and household appliances.For the lining cap fitting production line,ABB's Robotstudio simulation software was used for simulation design.First,the overall layout of the lining cap fitting production line was built;Second,the Smart components were used to set the attributes of the conveyor chain and end effector,and create the robot I/O signal and connection mode;Then,the logical relationship of the production line between the robot,the conveyor chain and the end effector was set,and the off-line programming of the lining cap fitting production line was completed;Finally,the total energy consumption and production beat of the robot under different TCP speeds were compared and analyzed by using the signal analysis function,and the program was optimized.The simulation provides a data reference for the design of the actual lining cap fitting production line,which can effectively reduce the design and commissioning cost of the actual production line and shorten the R&D cycle.
