早期肠内营养支持治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术后患者的效果

Effects of early enteral nutrition support in treatment of patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair

目的:观察早期肠内营养支持治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术后患者的效果。方法:选择2018年10月至2020年10月于该院行胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组术后实施全肠外营养支持治疗,观察组术后实施早期肠内营养支持治疗,比较两组术后营养指标水平、肛门排气时间、排便时间、住院时间、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组术后7 d血红蛋白、血清白蛋白和血清前白蛋白等营养指标水平均高于对照组,肛门排气时间、排便时间和住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(22.50%),护理满意度(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠内营养支持治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术后患者可提高营养指标水平和护理满意度,缩短肛门排气时间、排便时间和住院时间,以及降低并发症发生率,其效果优于全肠外营养支持。

Objective:To observe effects of early enteral nutrition support in treatment of patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair.Methods:80 patients who underwent gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair in this hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received total parenteral nutrition support after the surgery,while the observation group was given the early enteral nutrition support.The postoperative nutritional index levels,the anal exhaust time,the anal defecation time,the hospitalization time,the complication rate and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:7 days after the surgery,the nutritional index levels such as hemoglobin,serum albumin,and serum prealbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the anal exhaust time,the anal defecation time and the hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group;the complication rate(5.00%)was lower than that of the control group(22.50%);the nursing satisfaction(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%);and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Early enteral nutrition support in the treatment of the patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation after repair can improve the levels of nutritional indexes and the nursing satisfaction,shorten the anal exhaust time,the anal defecation time and the hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to total parenteral nutrition support treatment.
