益肾消渴汤联合常规西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的效果

Effects of Yishen Xiaoke decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy

目的:观察益肾消渴汤联合常规西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的效果。方法:选取83例早期DN患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=41)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合益肾消渴汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)水平和肾功能指标[24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)、尿蛋白-肌酐比值(UACR)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.24%,高于对照组的59.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FPG、24 h Upro及UACR水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肾消渴汤联合常规西药治疗早期DN患者,可提高临床疗效,改善血糖和肾功能指标水平,且安全性较高,其效果优于单纯常规西医治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Yishen Xiaoke decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:83 patients with early DN were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=41)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Yishen Xiaoke decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG)levels before and after the treatment,the renal function index levels[24 h urine protein quantification(24 h Upro),urine protein-creatinine ratio(UACR)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than 59.52%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the FPG,24 h Upro and UACR levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yishen Xiaoke decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of the patients with early DN can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the blood glucose and the renal function index levels,and has high safety.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional western medicine treatment.
