麝香保心丸联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症患者的效果

Effects of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with Simvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia

目的:观察麝香保心丸联合辛伐他汀治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)合并高脂血症患者的效果。方法:选取86例冠心病合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。对照组采用辛伐他汀胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合麝香保心丸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心脏功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩期末内径(LVESD)]水平、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)]水平、内皮依赖性舒张功能水平和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组LVEF水平高于对照组,LVESD水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组TC、TG水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组内皮依赖性舒张功能水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症患者可提高治疗总有效率和内皮依赖性舒张功能水平,改善心脏功能指标水平,以及降低血脂指标水平,其效果优于单纯辛伐他汀胶囊治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with Simvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.Methods:86 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Simvastatin capsules,while the study group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of cardiac function index levels[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)],the blood lipid index levels[total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)],the level of endothelium-dependent diastolic function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the LVEF level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the LVESD level was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TC and TG in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the endothelium-dependent diastolic function level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with Simvastatin in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia can increase the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of endothelial-dependent diastolic function,improve the levels of cardiac function indexes,and reduce the levels of blood lipid indexes.Moreover,it is superior to single Simvastatin capsules treatment.
