苍耳子鼻炎滴丸联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的效果

Effects of Xanthium rhinitis dripping pills combined with Clarithromycin in treatment of chronic sinusitis

目的:观察苍耳子鼻炎滴丸联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的效果。方法:选取78例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各39例。对照组给予克拉霉素治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合苍耳子鼻炎滴丸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的71.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苍耳子鼻炎滴丸联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者,可提高临床疗效,降低炎性因子水平,且安全性较高,其效果优于克拉霉素单纯治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Xanthium rhinitis dripping pills combined with Clarithromycin in treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods:78 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clarithromycin,while the study group was treated with Xanthium rhinitis dripping pills on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the inflammatory factor levels[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8]and the adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.31%,which was higher than 71.79%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Xanthium rhinitis dripping pills combined with Clarithromycin in the treatment of the patients with chronic sinusitis can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and has high safety.Moreover,it is superior to single Clarithromycin.
