艾灸归来穴联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的效果

Effects of moxa-wool moxibustion on Guilai point combined with Chinese medicine retention enema in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:观察艾灸归来穴联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年4月至2021年3月该院收治的60例慢性盆腔炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予中药保留灌肠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合艾灸归来穴治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、炎症消失时间和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组炎症消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾灸归来穴联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩短炎症消失时间,效果优于单纯中药保留灌肠治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of moxa-wool moxibustion on Guilai point combined with Chinese medicine retention enema in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group and observation group,each with 30 cases.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment,On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with moxibustion Guai point.The total effective rate of the treatment,the inflammation disappearance time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 63.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of inflammation disappearance in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Moxawool moxibustion on Guilai point combined with Chinese medicine retention enema in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can increase the total effective rate of treatment and shorten the inflammation disappearance time.Moreover,it is superior to single Chinese medicine retention enema treatment.
