NNN-链接护理模式在膝关节置换患者中的应用效果

Application effects of NNN-link nursing model in patients undergone knee arthroplasty

目的:探讨NNN-链接护理模式在膝关节置换患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法:选取该院2019年收治的120例行人工膝关节置换术的膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规术后护理,观察组采用NNN-链接护理模式。比较两组术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、美国膝关节协会评分(AKS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果:观察组术后2周时的VAS评分及术后3个月时的HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,膝关节疼痛、活动度、稳定性、行走、上下楼梯等各项AKS评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NNN-链接护理模式用于膝关节置换患者中,能够缓解膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能和心理状态,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To explore application effects of NNN-link nursing model in patients undergone knee arthroplasty.Methods:120 patients undergone knee arthroplasty were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine postoperative nursing,while the observation group was given the NNN-link nursing model.The visual analogue pain score(VAS),the American knee association score(AKS),the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores were compared between the two groups after the surgery.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group 2 weeks after the surgery and the HAMA and HAMD scores 3 months after the surgery were lower than those of the control group;the AKS scores of knee joint pain,mobility,stability,walking,and stair activities were all higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The NNN-link nursing model for the patients undergone knee arthroplasty can relieve knee joint pain and improve knee joint function and mental state.Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
