摘要
设计了一种新型开沟培土机,用于胶园、果园起宽垄沟整地,主要解决胶园、果园翻耕和往树头培土作业等问题。为了优化起宽垄沟整地机械,提高机械使用寿命,采用V型破土导土机构进行起宽垄沟和培土作业,作业幅宽为1m,覆土高度为0.1m。田间试验结果表明:在机具前进速度0.5m/s、旋耕机转速270r/min时,作业合格率达到95%以上,整机运转平稳、可靠,满足翻耕和往树头培土作业农艺要求。
This paper designed a new type of ditcher and ridger machine which with wide ridge for Rubber plantation and orchard, mainly to solve the problems of rubber plantation and orchard cultivated and overburden to tree root.In order to optimize the designed machine and improve its service life, the machine adopts V-type ditch unit to carry out the wide ridge and overburden operation, and used the finite element method to analysis the mechanical strength.The operating width is 1 m and the overburden height is 0.1 m.The field test results showed that when the machine walking speed was 0.5 m/s and the cultivator RPM was 270 r/min, the qualified rate is 95%, and the machine ran smoothly and reliably, satisfied the agricultural requirements of cultivated and overburden to the tree root.
