摘要
棉花种植在南疆地区有重要地位,是南疆地区农民的主要收入之一。在棉花种植过程中,科学使用薄膜覆盖可提高棉花产量与质量,增加农民收入,但由此带来的白色污染尚未解决。为此,基于南疆棉花种植区域环境,设计了一款棉花地残膜回收机,对残膜回收的机架装置进行了有限元分析,并对样机进行制作及田间试验。分析试验结果表明:残膜回收机回收率达到72.4%,可为南疆棉花地残膜回收工作提供一定理论与技术支撑。
Cotton planting plays an important role in southern Xinjiang and is one of the main incomes of farmers in southern Xinjiang. In the process of cotton planting, scientific use of film mulching can improve the yield and quality of cotton and increase farmers’ income, but the white pollution caused by this has not been solved. In this paper, based on the environment of cotton planting area in southern Xinjiang, a cotton field residual film recycling machine is designed. The finite element analysis of the frame device for residual film recovery is made. The analysis results meet the working stability requirements of the machine, and the prototype is manufactured and field tested. The experimental results show that the recovery rate of the machine is 72.4%, which provides a theoretical and technical support for the recovery of residual film in southern Xinjiang cotton field.
