摘要
针对棉花打顶机株顶识别不精确、高度测量不够准确的问题,基于嵌入式电子监控器对棉花打顶机进行了设计和开发。棉花打顶机的主要组成部分包括机架、液压系统、电气系统、切割器、传动系统、高度检测系统、监控系统和单片机等。为了精确识别株顶和正确的测量高度,设计了高度检测系统,包括采用图像分割和BP神经网络的方式精确识别株顶、采用坐标系转化的方式准确测量植株高度。为了测试打顶机的性能,对其进行田间试验,结果表明:打顶机的打顶效果良好,可以满足作业要求,且在作业过程中,设备运行稳定,各控制机构运行良好。
Aiming at the problem of imprecise identification and inexact height measurement of cotton topper, the cotton topper was designed based on embedded electronic monitor.The cotton topper was constituted of frame, hydraulic system, electrical system, cutter, driving system, height detection system, monitoring system and chip microcomputer. The height detection system was designed to accurately identify the plant top and correctly measure the height. It included accurately identify the plant top by the method of image segmentation and BP neural network, measure the height of the cotton by the method of coordinate transformation. To verify the performance the cotton topper, the field experiment was carried out. The test results show that the effect of the cotton topper was well. The equipment could run stably during operation process.
