摘要 为进一步提高我国精量播种机的智能化控制水平,以改善精量播种机播种深度可控、播种株距可调、播种定量化等参数为切入点,针对其结构布局展开研究。根据精量播种作业原理建立精量播种控制模型,并展开智能播种控制作业试验。试验结果表明:基于智能控制技术的精量播种机,在一定的作业条件下,理论播种量与实际播种量之间的误差相差不大,满足定量控制精度要求;整机结构紧凑度与播深合格率分别可提高至91.50%与93.55%,平均漏播率和平均重播率均有不同程度地降低,整机作业效率可提高7.00%,验证了该技术应用下精量播种机结构设计的可行性与正确性,可为类似农作物种植装备结构改进提供理论支撑与技术参考。 In order to further improve the intelligent control level of precision seeder in China, the parameters of precision seeder, such as controllable sowing depth, adjustable sowing spacing and quantitative sowing, were taken as the starting point, and the research on its structure layout was studied.According to the principle of precision seeding operation, the precision seeding control model was established, and the intelligent seeding control operation test was carried out through the whole machine structure layout design and quantitative control. The results showed that: the precision seeder based on the intelligent control technology, under certain operating conditions, the error between the theoretical and actual seeding amount was not much different, which meet the requirements of quantitative control accuracy;the compactness of the whole machine structure and the qualified rate of seeding depth could be increased to 91.50% and 93.55% respectively. The average missed seeding rate and the average replay rate also could be reduced to some extent, and the operation efficiency of the whole machine could be increased by 7.00%,which had proved the feasibility and correctness of the structure design of the precision seeder under the application of the technology. The test effect was good, which would provide theoretical support and technology references for the structure improvement of similar crop planting equipment structure improvement.
