摘要
水动比例施肥器作为精确施肥的代表性装置,在国内尚停留在理论研究及产品研制方面。由于国内产品性能的不稳定,国内的市场份额大部分被国外产品所占据。为了对比国内外水动比例施肥器在吸肥性能上的差异,通过试验综合对比了国内外3款水动比例施肥器的吸肥性能。结果表明:施肥器吸肥量受进口流量和压差的影响,相同压差下,国外施肥器进口流量更大,压力损耗更低,但过大的流量会对施肥器吸肥量产生不良影响;国内施肥器的施肥精度要低于国外施肥器;在大的吸肥量下,施肥器的工作效率较高。研究结果可为后续水动比例施肥器的进一步研制提供依据。
As a representative device for precise fertilization, the hydrodynamic proportional fertilizer applicator is still stuck in theoretical research and product development in China. In order to compare the difference in fertilizer absorption performance of domestic and foreign hydrodynamic proportional fertilizer applicators, the fertilizer absorption performance of three domestic and foreign hydrodynamic proportional fertilizer applicators was comprehensively compared through experimental research. The results show that the fertilizer absorption of the fertilizer applicator is affected by the inlet flow and the pressure difference. The research results provide the basis for the further development of the follow-up hydrodynamic proportional fertilizer applicator.
