国能孟津热电有限公司600 MW机组为日本富士进口机组,其技术脱胎于德国西门子机型,与上汽西门子机型相似。1瓦振动大为西门子机型通病,具有原因复杂、处理难度大的特点。本文以国能孟津热电有限公司1瓦振动偏大处理为例,详细介绍了1瓦振动大的具体现象、解体情况、原因分析以及综合治理措施,对国内同类型机组处理1瓦振动大具有重要的指导意义。
The 600 MW unit of CHN Energy Mengjin Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.is Fuji unit imported from Japan.Its technology is derived from the German Siemens model and is similar to the SAIC Siemens model.Large vibration of No.1 bearing(turbine front radial bearing)is a common problem of Siemens models,which has complicated causes and is difficult to eliminate thoroughly.This article,taking the treatment of large vibration of No.1 bearing of CHN Energy Mengjin Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.as an example,introduc⁃es the specific phenomenon,disassembly,cause analysis and comprehensive treatment measures in detail,which has important guiding significance for the treatment of large vibration of No.1 bearing of the same type of units in China.
