摘要
超高压压缩机作为国内煤制烯烃行业高压低密度聚乙烯装置的关键设备,其安全平稳运行直接决定着装置长周期平稳运行,辅助导向作为该设备重要部件,在机组运行中曾出现温度异常导致触发联锁停聚合反应、机组停车等问题。本文从超高压压缩机的设计结构原理、机组润滑油系统、设备检修、仪表检测等方面入手,深入分析引起辅助导向温度异常的原因,并提出有效整改措施,明显降低了超高压压缩机运行故障率,延长了使用寿命,推进企业降本增效工作。
Ultra-high pressure compressor is the key equipment of the high-pressure low-density polyethyl⁃ene plant in China's coal-to-olefin industry.Its safe and stable operation directly determines the long-term stable operation of the plant.The auxiliary guide,as an important part of this plant,once triggered interlock⁃ing to stop the polymerization reaction and unit shutdown due to abnormal temperature during the unit opera⁃tion.From the perspectives of design structure principle of ultra-high pressure compressor,unit lubricating oil system,equipment maintenance and instrument detection,this article deeply analyzes the causes of abnor⁃mal auxiliary guide temperature,and puts forward effective rectification measures,significantly reducing the failure rate and prolonging the service life of ultra-high pressure compressor,and bringing benefits to enter⁃prises in reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
