摘要
为保护和合理利用濒危植物大花黄牡丹,本文对大花黄牡丹分类学、形态学特征、生态学及生物学等方面的研究内容进行了综述,并对其未来的研究进行了展望。鉴于大花黄牡丹在生态保护、观赏及经济上的重要价值,以及目前所处的濒危状态,可以从遗传结构、遗传多样性、进化迁移历史方面进行分析,通过评估对特殊居群提出有针对性的保护措施。
In order to protect and make rational use of the endangered plant Paeonia ludlowii,this paper summarized the research contents of taxonomy,morphological characteristics,ecology and biology of Paeonia ludlowii.Its future research was prospected.In view of the important value of Paeonia ludlowii in ecological protection,ornamental and economic,as well as the current endangered state,it can be analyzed from the aspects of genetic structure,genetic diversity and evolutionary migration history,and put forward targeted protection measures for special populations through evaluation.
