博弈理论下洞庭湖生态经济补偿机制研究

Study on Ecological and Economic Compensation Mechanism of Dongting Lake Under Game Theory

洞庭湖地区的退耕还湖是恢复湿地及长江流域生态功能的重大举措,建立洞庭湖生态补偿机制,对洞庭生态修护与治理具有重要意义。通过文献资料查阅、实地走访,对比国内外湖泊生态治理经验发现在生态经济补偿中存在博弈现象,提出了符合洞庭湖生态经济补偿机制的优化建议。

Returning farmland to lake in Dongting Lake area is an important action to restore the ecological environment of wetland and Yangtze River.The establishment of ecological compensation mechanism of Dongting Lake is one of the significance to the ecological repair and management of Dongting lake.Through literature review,field visits and comparison of lake ecological experience at home and abroad,it is found that there is a game phenomenon in ecological economic compensation,and some suggestions are put forward which accord with the ecological economic compensation mechanism of Dongting Lake.
