跨理论模型协同护理模式对老年冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后健康行为的影响研究

Effect of cross-theoretical model combined nursing model on health behavior of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的:探讨跨理论模型(TTM)协同护理模式对老年冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)后健康行为的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年7月冠心病患者112例,按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用TTM协同护理模式。比较两组干预前后自我效能感(GSES)评分、自我管理能力(AHSMSRS)及健康行为水平(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分。结果:干预前两组GSES评分、AHSMSRS评分和HPLPⅡ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TTM协同护理模式可增强老年冠心病PCI术后患者自我效能感及自我管理能力,提升健康行为水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of cross-theoretical model(TTM)and collaborative nursing model on the health behavior of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:A total of 112 patients with coronary heart disease in hospital from May 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 56 cases in each group.The control group adopts conventional nursing,and the observation group adopts TTM collaborative nursing model.Results:There was no significant difference in self-efficacy(GSES)score,self-management ability(AHSMSRS)score and health behavior level(HPLPⅡ)score between the observation group and the control group before the intervention(P>0.05),the difference between the two groups after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TTM collaborative care model can enhance the self-efficacy and self-management ability of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and improve their health behavior level.
