急性白血病患者发生院内感染的影响因素

Influencing factors of nosocomial infection in patients with acute leukemia

目的:探讨急性白血病患者发生院内感染的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月至2020年5月该院收治的60例急性白血病患者的临床资料,对可能导致急性白血病患者发生院内感染的相关因素进行单因素及Logistic回归分析。结果:60例急性白血病患者中,11例发生院内感染,发生率为18.33%。单因素分析显示,性别、年龄、BMI、白血病类型、住院季节、临床分型、合并糖尿病与急性白血病患者发生院内感染无明显相关性(P>0.05);住院天数、肛周感染、糖皮质激素、化疗与急性白血病患者发生院内感染存在明显相关性(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,住院天数较长、肛周感染、使用糖皮质激素、化疗均为导致急性白血病患者发生院内感染的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:住院天数较长、肛周感染、使用糖皮质激素、化疗均为导致急性白血病患者院内感染的影响因素。

Objective:To explore influencing factors of nosocomial infection in patients with acute leukemia.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 60 patients with acute leukemia admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 was performed.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis were performed on the related factors that may lead to nosocomial infection in these patients.Results:11 patients among the 60 acute leukemia patients had nosocomial infections,and the incidence rate was 18.33%.Univariate analysis showed that there were no significant correlations between nosocomial infections in the acute leukemia patients with gender,age,BMI,leukemia type,hospitalization season,clinical type,and diabetes(P>0.05);the hospitalization days,perianal infections,glucocorticoids and chemotherapy were significantly correlated nosocomial infection in the patients with acute leukemia(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that long hospital stays,perianal infections,glucocorticoid use and chemotherapy were all the influential factors of nosocomial infections in these patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:Long hospital stays,perianal infections,glucocorticoid use and chemotherapy are all the influential factors of nosocomial infections of the patients with acute leukemia.
