高频振荡通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿的效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察高频振荡通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿的效果。方法:选取80例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用同步间歇指令机械通气治疗,观察组采用高频振荡通气治疗,比较两组临床疗效、动脉血气分析指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、吸入氧浓度(FiO_(2))]水平及并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PaO_(2)水平高于对照组,PaCO_(2)、FiO_(2)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频振荡通气应用于新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿,可提高临床疗效,改善动脉血气分析指标水平,以及降低并发症发生率,其效果优于同步间歇指令机械治疗效果。 Objective:To observe effects of high-frequency oscillatory ventilation in treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:80 children with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with synchronous intermittent mandatory mechanical ventilation,while the observation group was treated with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation.The clinical efficacy,the arterial blood gas analysis index levels[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),fraction of inhaled oxygen(FiO_(2))],and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the PaO_(2) level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the levels of PaCO_(2) and FiO_(2) were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:High-frequency oscillatory ventilation applied for the children with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the levels of arterial blood gas analysis indexes,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to synchronous intermittent command mechanical treatment.
