不同臭氧浓度联合射频消融术治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的效果比较 被引量:1

Comparison of effects of different ozone concentrations combined with radiofrequency ablation in treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

摘要 目的:比较不同臭氧浓度联合射频消融术治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的效果。方法:选取96例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为低浓度组、中浓度组和高浓度组各32例。低浓度组采用20 mg/L臭氧联合射频消融术治疗,中浓度组采用40 mg/L臭氧联合射频消融术治疗,高浓度组采用60 mg/L臭氧联合射频消融术治疗,比较三组临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平、颈椎功能评分和不良反应发生率。结果:中浓度组治疗总有效率高于低浓度组和高浓度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,中浓度组IL-6、hs-CRP水平均低于低浓度组和高浓度组,高浓度组低于低浓度组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,中浓度组自觉症状、临床检查和日常生活动作等颈椎功能评分高于低浓度组和高浓度组,高浓度组高于低浓度组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);高浓度组不良反应发生率高于低浓度组和中浓度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中等浓度(40 mg/L)臭氧联合射频消融术治疗神经根型颈椎病患者可提高治疗总有效率和颈椎功能评分,降低血清炎性因子水平,效果优于20 mg/L与60 mg/L臭氧联合射频消融术治疗。 Objective:To compare effects of different ozone concentrations combined with radiofrequency ablation in treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:96 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected as the research objects,and were divided into low concentration group,medium concentration group and high concentration group according to the random number table method,each with 32 cases.The low concentration group was treated with 20 mg/L ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation;the medium concentration group was treated with 40 mg/L ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation;the high concentration group was treated with 60 mg/L ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation.The clinical efficacy,the serum levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],the cervical spine function score and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared among the three groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the medium concentration group was higher than those of the low concentration group and the high concentration group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP in the medium concentration group were lower than those in the low concentration group and the high concentration group;those of the high concentration group were lower than those of the low concentration group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after the treatment,the cervical spine function scores in the medium concentration group,such as subjective symptoms,clinical examinations and daily living activities were higher than those in the low concentration group and the high concentration group;those of the high concentration group were higher than those of the low concentration group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the highconcentration group was higher than those in the low-concentration group and the middle-concentration group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Moderate concentration(40 mg/L)ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can increase the total effective rate of treatment and the scores of cervical spine function,and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to 20 mg/L and 60 mg/L ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation.
