规范化营养护理在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的:观察规范化营养护理在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取134例SAP患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各67例。对照组采用常规营养护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用规范化营养护理,比较护理前后营养指标[白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)]水平、胃肠激素指标[胃动素(MOT)、血管活性肽(VIP)]水平和不良事件发生率。结果:护理后,研究组ALB、PA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组MOT水平高于对照组,VIP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规营养护理基础上采用规范化营养护理可提高SAP患者的营养指标水平,改善胃肠激素指标水平,以及降低不良事件发生率,其效果优于单纯常规营养护理。 Objective:To observe application effects of standardized nutritional nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:134 SAP patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,67 cases in each.The control group adopted routine nutritional nursing,while the study group was given the standardized nutritional nursing on the basis of that of the co ntrol group.The levels of nutritional indicators[albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)],the gastrointestinal hormone indicators[motilin(MOT),vasoactive peptide(VIP)]levels and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the levels of ALB and PA in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MOT level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the VIP level was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nutritional nursing,the standardized nutritional nursing can improve the nutritional indicator levels of the SAP patients,improve the gastrointestinal hormone indicator levels,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional nutritional nursing.
