摘要
人工智能时代要求教师对自身的专业发展规划进行迭代更新。与人工智能为伴是教师在人工智能时代来临初期应有的态度。基于教师能力标准理论模型,运用“教”的理论引起“教”的意识、“教”的意识引起“教”的行为的理论机制,探索人工智能时代教师专业发展的“教”的理论和“教”的意识,最终展开“教”的行为。人工智能时代教师专业发展规划是“教”的行为的具体展开和行动方案:终身学习是应对人工智能时代来临的根本策略;从讲台上的亲力亲为转变为教学活动的开发、设计和学生心灵的陪伴、引导,教师工作重心的转移是显著特征;更新教学技能,掌握基于人工智能技术开发的新式教学仪器设备、教学方法是必备;反思是否运用人工智能技术实现了教育的发生是秘密武器。
The era of artificial intelligence requires that teachers update their professional development plans iteratively.It is a teacher’s due attitude in the early stage of artificial intelligence era to keep abreast with artificial intelligence.Based on the theoretical model of teacher’s ability standards,and by means of the theoretical mechanism of“teaching”theory to arouse“teaching”consciousness which in turn induces certain“teaching”behaviors,the paper explores the“teaching”theory and“teaching”consciousness of teachers’professional development in the era of artificial intelligence,which finally gives rise to the“teaching”behaviors.In the era of artificial intelligence,teachers’professional development planning embodies the specific unfolding and action plan of“teaching”behaviors.Lifelong learning is the fundamental strategy of handling the advent of artificial intelligence era;teachers’work is characterized by the shift of focus from imparting knowledge in person to the development and design of teaching activities and keeping the students’company as a guide and a soul mate;it is a must to renew the teaching skills and master the new teaching instruments,equipment and teaching methods developed on the basis of artificial intelligence technology;it is a secret weapon to reflect on whether artificial intelligence technology is used to facilitate education.
