乡村振兴视域下的浙江乡贤模式——基于浙江上虞经验的探索

The Zhejiang Xiangxian Model in the Context of Rural RevitalizationBased on Shangyu Experience in Zhejiang Province

乡村振兴是一项战略系统工程。围绕乡村振兴,乡情乡愁这一纽带不仅可以集聚一方的各界精英人士,而且可以反哺家乡社会经济发展。浙江省绍兴市上虞区是“中国乡贤文化之乡”,近年来,上虞在乡村建设过程中汇聚全社会力量,搭建平台,建立机制,营造氛围,畅通渠道。在实践中,上虞以乡贤研究会为依托,不断创新乡贤工作的多样性,逐渐完善乡村治理体系,推动城乡内涵式发展,强化乡村振兴人才支撑,这一系列经验值得学界深入研究与探索。

Rural revitalization is a systematic project of strategic significance.Centered around rural revitalization,the feelings and nostalgia toward one’s hometown function as a tie which helps both gather the elites from all walks of life and feed back the social and economic development of the hometown.Shangyu district in Shaoxing city,Zhejiang province is the“home of Chinese Xiangxian(county sage)Culture”.In recent years,Shangyu has gathered all social forces in the process of rural construction,built the platforms,established the mechanisms,created the atmosphere and opened the channels.Based on the Xiangxian research institute,Shangyu has continuously innovated the diversity of the cultural work of Xiangxian,further improved the rural governance system,promoted the connotative development of urban and rural areas,and strengthened the talent support for rural revitalization.It is worthy of in-depth study and exploration of the foregoing experience.
