数控直角剪板机分析

摘要 分析了液压式、离合器式、单点伺服球头式、四点伺服驱动式四种直角剪板机的优劣,详细说明了数控直角剪板机与数控转塔冲床组合的冲剪复合机应用及加工过程,给出了直角剪板机加工精度的影响因素及改进措施。 The pros and cons of four kinds of right-angle shears including hydraulic type, clutch type, single-point servo ball head type, and four-point servo drive type have been analyzed. The application and processing process of the compound punching-shearing machine by combination of CNC right-angle shears and CNC turret punch presses has been explained in detail. The factors affecting the machining accuracy of the right-angle shear and the improvement measures have been put forward.
