Design and calculation of high pressure and large flow two-way cartridge valve

摘要 依托国家科技重大专项,分别进行160、180、200通径插装阀设计计算,并给出经验设计参考值,基于ANSYS FLUENT仿真验证规定压降条件下阀的最大流量特性。作为国家标准GB/T 2877-2007的有效补充,针对200通径插装阀紧固螺钉进行静载、动载强度校核,并给出预紧力和拧紧力矩控制的参考值。经测试,所设计的插装阀性能良好,满足有关设计要求。 Relying on major national science and technology projects, the design calculations of 160, 180, and 200-diameter cartridge valves have been carried out, and empirical design reference values have been given.On the basis of ANSYS FLUENT simulation, the maximum flow characteristics of the valve under specified pressure drop conditions have been verified. As an effective supplement to the national standard GB/T 2877-2007, the static load and dynamic load strength of the 200-diameter cartridge valve fastening screws have been checked, while the reference values for the control of the pre-tightening force and tightening torque have been put forward. After testing, the designed cartridge valve has good performance and meets relevant design requirements.
