摘要 当前高强韧耐磨球生产线自动化程度不高,很多生产环节以半自动化和人工为主,效率低下。为此,建设一条智能化生产线,提出一种基于PROFINET的智能控制系统,该控制系统以西门子S7-1500PLC CPU1511-1PN作为控制器控制整个系统,西门子TP1200触屏负责监视现场设备及参数设置,各设备上的PLC作为智能设备,通过工业以太网交换机与总控PLC进行PROFINET通讯,实现点对点控制。实践证明该系统运行稳定、可靠,能通过主控制室对生产过程进行实时监测和控制,对类似生产线设计具有一定参考价值。 At present, the production line of high-strength wear-resistant balls is not highly automated and many production links are mainly semi-automated and manual with low efficiency. In order to improve production efficiency and build an intelligent production line, an intelligent control system based on PROFINET is proposed. The control system uses Siemens S7-1500PLC CPU1511-1PN as the controller to control the entire system, and Siemens TP1200 is intelligently responsible for monitoring field equipment and parameters setting. The PLC on each device is used as an intelligent device to conduct PROFINET communication with master control PLC through the industrial Ethernet switch in order to achieve point-to-point control. The practice has proved that the system is stable & reliable, and can monitor and control the production process in real time through the main control room, which has certain reference value for the design of similar production lines.
