摘要 盘毂是工程机械上最常用的零件之一,其用量大,一般采用锻造工艺生产。本文分析了盘毂的特点,设计了锻造模具,并通过Deform软件对成形过程中纵截面的温度分布、破坏性分布、应变分布和坯料的流动性分布进行分析,设计模具能够成形合格的盘毂锻件。 Disc hub is one of the most commonly used parts in construction machinery, and its consumption is large, which is generally produced by forging process. The forging die has been designed by analysis of the characteristics of the disc hub in the text. The Deform software has been used to analyze the temperature distribution, destructive distribution, strain distribution and the fluidity distribution of the blank during the forming process. It is found that this die can form a qualified disc hub forgings.
