摘要
白点是锻件在锻后冷却过程中产生的一种内部缺陷,是锻件的致命缺陷。本文分析白点的形成原因、机理和影响白点形成因素,有针对性地从原材料控制、锻造、热处理等方面采取工艺措施预防白点产生,提高锻件质量。
White spots are an internal defect produced during the cooling process of forgings, which are fatal defects of forgings. The causes, mechanism and factors affecting the formation of white spots have been analyzed in the text. The process measures have been adopted to prevent the occurrence of white spots and improve the quality of forgings from the aspects of raw material control, forging, and heat treatment, etc.
