果园仿形喷杆施药装置设计与动力学仿真 被引量:2

Design and Dynamics Simulation of Spraying Device with Profile-copying Spray Rod in Orchard

摘要 针对矮砧密植果园山地梯田台面果树外侧冠层常规喷药药液不易穿透等着药难问题,对仿树形果园施药装置进行参数化设计、动力学建模与仿真,并结合场地样机试验,探究药液喷杆作业的稳定性与可靠性。仿真结果表明:果园仿树形喷杆施药装置依树形结构进行喷杆位置参数实时调整,展开状态与果树冠层包络线吻合;药液喷杆折叠状态时的最大应力为3.324MPa,最大变形为0.038m;展开状态时最大应力为6.994MPa,最大变形为0.118m,结构强度满足工作要求。试验结果表明:升降架与喷杆组液压缸伸出时间分别为36s和32s,在误差允许范围内,整个机构升降展开过程流畅,行驶过程结构稳定性良好,满足设计要求。 In order to solve the problem that the conventional spraying solution is not easy to penetrate through the outer canopy of the fruit tree on the terrace of the hillside terrace of the Dwarf Rootstock and dense planting orchard,the parameterized design,dynamic modeling and simulation of the spraying device of the tree-like Orchard were carried out The stability and reliability of the spray rod operation are studied by the field prototype test.The simulation results show that the position parameters of the spray rod are adjusted in real time according to the tree structure,and the developing state of the spray rod is consistent with the envelop line of the fruit tree canopy,and the maximum stress of the spray rod is 3.324 MPa when it is folded The maximum deformation is 0.038 m,the maximum stress is 6.994 MPa,the maximum deformation is 0.118 m,and the structural strength meets the working requirements.The test results show that the extending time of hydraulic cylinder of lifting frame and ejector rod group is 36s and 32s respectively,and the lifting process of the whole mechanism is smooth,the structure stability is good and meets the design requirements in the range of error.
