摘要
针对丹参人工栽植劳动强度较大,机械化栽植缺乏专用栽植装备等问题,结合丹参膜上双行栽植的种植模式,设计了一种用于实现丹参大垄膜上双行栽植的专用自走式栽植平台。在确定整机的结构布局和传统系统的基础上,对栽植平台关键部件栽植机构进行设计,建立栽植机构运动学模型和人机交互辅助界面,以辅助界面为基础确定栽植机构的优化参数。样机试验表明:各项性能指标符合旱地栽植作业标准中所规定的范围,满足丹参机械化栽植的要求。
In view of the labor intensity of artificial planting of salvia miltiorrhiza and the lack of special planting equipment in mechanized planting,combined with the planting mode of double row planting on film of salvia miltiorrhiza,a special planting platform for realizing double row planting on large ridge and film of salvia miltiorrhiza was designed.On the basis of determining the structure layout and traditional system of the whole machine,the planting mechanism of the key components of the planting platform was designed.The kinematic model of the planting mechanism and the human-computer interaction auxiliary interface were established.The optimal parameters of the planting mechanism were determined based on the auxiliary interface.The results of prototype test showed that performance indexes of the planting platform can meet standards of dry land planting and requirements of mechanized planting of salvia miltiorrhiza.
