机械取喂苗装置驱动机构的设计与试验

摘要 针对半自动移栽机作业过程中人工取投苗劳动强度大、效率低等问题,设计了一种机械取喂苗装置,并根据机械取喂苗装置的设计要求,对装置关键部件进行分析与计算,确定其主要结构参数。借助SolidWorks软件对其进行运动学仿真分析,仿真结果满足设计要求。试制机械取喂苗装置进行试验,结果表明:当取苗速度为80株/min时,其取苗、投苗成功率均高于90%,符合机械化取投苗工作要求。 In view of the problems such as the labor intensity and low efficiency of artificial seedling in the operation of semi-automatic transplanting machine,a driving device of the automatic feeding mechanism is designed,and the key components of the device are analyzed and calculated according to the design requirements of the automatic feeding mechanism drive device.With SolidWorks software,it is used for kinematic simulation analysis,and the simulation results meet the design requirements.The test was carried out by the drive device of the automatic feeding seeding mechanism,and the test results showed that when the seedling speed was 80 plants/min,the success rate of seedling and seedling was higher than 90%,which conformed to the requirements of mechanized seedling feeding work.
