多网格式深松机架的设计与有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对深松机机架结构复杂、受载能力差等问题,设计了一种深松机,机架采用多网格式进行深松作业。运用ANSYS模态分析相关原理及田间试验对深松机机架进行分析。在SoliWorks中建立深松机的三维实体模型,运用ANSYS对深松机机架分析,机架采用三面体单元进行网格划分,建立有限元模型,选择分析类型,对深松机机架分析求解,计算出前6阶模态的振型和固有频率。试验结果表明:模态分析所得在频率较低阶段都较小,满足设计要求;该种深松机在田间深松试验过程中结构稳定,符合实际要求,为深松机的设计与改进提供了相应的理论依据。 In view of the complex structure and poor load-bearing capacity of the deep loosening machine frame,a deep loosening machine frame is designed with multi grid format.In this paper,ANSYS modal analysis theory and field test are used to analyze the deep loosening machine frame.In soliworks,the three-dimensional solid model of the subsoiling machine is established.ANSYS is used to analyze the frame of the subsoiling machine.The frame is meshed with three-dimensional body elements,the finite element model is established,the analysis type is selected,the frame of the subsoiling machine is analyzed and solved,and the vibration mode and fixed frequency of the first six modes are calculated.The test results show that the modal analysis results are smaller in the lower frequency stage,and meet the design requirements.The structure of this kind of subsoiling machine is stable during the field subsoiling test,which meets the actual requirements,and provides the corresponding theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the subsoiling machine.
