基于高垄种植的花生播种施肥机设计与试验 被引量:2

摘要 起垄栽培因其能提高地温、增加土壤透气性、促进植物根系生长发育及增加产量,已得到广大农户的认可和采用,但起垄播种装备有待进一步完善。为此,研制了一种基于高垄种植的花生播种施肥机,主要由旋耕机、起垄装置、机架、播种、施肥、喷药和覆膜装置等部分组成,可一次性完成起垄、施肥、播种、喷药、覆膜及压膜等作业,并有效解决了起垄高度不够、起垄质量不佳的问题,有利于花生的增产增收。田间试验结果表明:起垄成功率达到98%,作业质量符合花生种植的农艺要求,为我国垄作花生种植提供了技术支持。 Ridge cultivation has been accepted and adopted by farmers because it can improve the ground temperature,increase the permeability of soil,promote the growth and development of plant roots,and increase the yield.However,the technical equipment of ridge planting needs to be further improved.Therefore,a peanut seeder based on high ridge planting was developed.The machine is mainly composed of rotary cultivator,ridging device,rack,sowing,fertilization,spraying and film mulching device.It can complete ridging,fertilization,sowing,spraying,film mulching,film pressing and other operations at one time,and effectively solve the problems of insufficient ridging height and poor ridging quality,which is conducive to the increase of peanut production and income.The results of field experiment showed that the success rate of ridge planting was 98%,and the operation quality met the agricultural requirements of peanut planting,which provided technical support for peanut planting in ridge planting in China.
