气吸式穴盘育苗精密播种机的设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对育苗播种机设备作业过程播种效率较低,取种、播种过程不够精确等问题,设计了气吸式穴盘育苗精密播种机,并对其进行了试验验证。该播种机的主要组成为PLC控制器、电源模块、机架、播种模块、气动系统模块和传感器模块。通过采用吸盘进行吸种播种和双排播种的方式,提高播种机的播种精度和效率,并建立了种子吸附过程和双排播种过程的数学模型。为了验证该播种机的性能,对其进行试验验证。试验结果表明:播种机的PLC反馈控制系统响应速度快、精度高,播种性能良好且能满足精密播种的要求。 Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and low accuracy during seeding process of the planter,the breath type hole plate seeding planter was designed and verified.The planter was constituted of PLC controller,power module,rack,planting module,pneumatic system module and sensor module.The efficiency and accuracy were improved by using suck to seed and double row planting.The mathematic model of seed absorption process and double row seeding process were built.To verified the property of the planter,the tests were done.The test results show that the PLC feedback control system was fast response and high accuracy.The seeding performance was well.It could meet the requirement of the precision seeding.
