基于正交试验的窝眼式蔬菜播种机播种性能试验 被引量:2

摘要 为探索2BS-4型电动蔬菜播种机最佳播种工艺,考核播种机对不同蔬菜品种的适应性,采用正交试验的方法,选取播种机槽轮孔数、槽轮传动比、油门开度(速度)为主要因素,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交表设计了9种试验方案,研究了所选主要因素对播种均匀性评价指标的影响规律,得出较优方案组合。通过对播种机基本结构的分析及建立播种量数学模型,建立了播种机的三维建模,并进行了播种机对不同种子的适应性试验。试验结果表明:当油门开度分别为25%、75%、100%时,播种量稳定性好的品种是京冠1号油菜,出苗数较稳定的是油菜,最佳出苗区间分别是[7.2,9.6]、[6,10]、[2.4,7.2]。 In order to explore optimum sowing process of 2BS-4 electric vegetable seeder,the adaptability of seeder to different vegetable varieties was evaluated.Based on the three-factors orthogonal test method,the influence of slots number on seeding planter,transmission ratio of grooved wheel and angle of throttle opening(operating speed)on seeding quantity and working efficiency were studied.In addition,the optimum combination of uniformity of seeding was obtained.The three-dimensional modeling of the planter was established by analyzing the basic structure of the planter and establishing a mathematical model of the seeding amount.Finally,the adaptability test of the seeder on the seed was carried out.The experimental results show that the varieties with stable sowing stability of 25%,75%and 100%at throttle opening are the no.1 rapeseed.When speed regulating handle angle is 25%,the seedling number of 3 kinds of vegetables is stable,and the best seedling range is 7.2-9.6.When it is 100%,the number of three vegetable seedlings is stable,which is rape,optimum seedling range is within the range of 2.4-7.2.
