摘要
针对预切种木薯种植机排种器排种仿真缺乏种茎离散元模型问题,通过Creo建立了木薯种茎的三维模型,根据三维模型在EDEM软件中构建木薯茎秆的离散元模型,通过物理试验测量了种茎的接触参数,对测得的参数进行EDEM软件标定,以堆积角度数作为评价指标得到标定的最佳结果,并对标定的参数进行验证。结果表明:标定的木薯种茎接触参数结果和实际结果相差较小,所构建的木薯种茎离散元模型能够用于预切种木薯种植机排种仿真,可为排种器仿真优化设计提供参考。
In view of the lack of discrete element model of seed stems for pre-cut seed cassava planting machine seeding simulation,this article first established a three-dimensional model of cassava seed stems through Creo,and built a discrete element model of cassava stems based on the three-dimensional model in EDEM software.The contact parameters of the seed stems were measured by physical experiments,and the measured parameters were calibrated by EDEM software,and the best results of the calibration were obtained by using the number of stacking angles as evaluation indicators,and the calibration parameters were verified.The results show that the difference between the calibrated cassava seed stem contact parameter results and the actual results is small,and the constructed cassava seed stem discrete element model can be used for pre-cut cassava planter seeding simulation,providing a basis for the optimized design of the seeder simulation.
