摘要
为提高变电智能化巡检水平,提升巡检工作效率,针对所存在的视频巡视、机器人巡视、无人机等巡检方式相对独立,巡视点位覆盖率较低,巡视结果汇聚工作量大等问题,实现了变电站联合巡视系统。通过应用机器人、无人机、摄像头三种设备,协同“空天地”全面自主执行任务,实现巡检数据全面采集、运行状态全面感知。通过构建变电站联合巡视模型,实现巡视的一体化贯穿,保证了从巡视的全过程汇聚。构建巡视任务编排模型,将日常巡视、夜间巡视、详细巡视、专业巡视、动态巡视基于标准化封装、设备能力匹配、跨域融合等方式的编排,形成统一的巡视业务支撑底座,保证了巡视有效执行。通过构建巡视智能分析模型实现表计读数、设备缺陷的有效识别,完成全站报告的统一生成的同时并生成消缺计划。以某35 kV变电站为例,在该站配备无人机、机器人、视频监控系统的基础上,开展联合巡视,与传统的巡视方式进行了比较,取得了较好的实践效果。本文所研究的方法可为电网建设基于联合巡视的变电站或线路的运维巡视建设提供参考。
In order to improve the intelligent inspection level of substation and improve the inspection efficiency,the substation joint inspection system is realized in view of the problems that the inspection methods such as video inspection,robot inspection and UAV are relatively independent,the coverage of inspection points is low,the aggregation of inspection results and heavy workload.Through the application of robot,UAV and camera,cooperate with“empty space”to fully and independently perform tasks,so as to realize the comprehensive collection of patrol data and the comprehensive perception of operation status.By constructing the joint inspection model of substation,the integrated penetration of inspection is realized to ensure the convergence of the whole process of inspection.Build an inspection task arrangement model,and arrange daily inspection,night inspection,detailed inspection,professional inspection and dynamic inspection based on standardized packaging,equipment capacity matching and cross domain integration to form a unified inspection business support base to ensure the effective implementation of inspection.Through the construction of patrol intelligent analysis model,the effective identification of meter readings and equipment defects is realized,the unified generation of the whole station report is completed,and the defect elimination plan is generated.Taking a 35 kV substation as an example,based on the UAV,robot and video monitoring system,the joint inspection is carried out,which is compared with the traditional inspection method,and good practical results are obtained.The methods studied in this paper can provide reference for the operation and maintenance patrol construction of substation or line based on joint patrol in power grid construction.
