Fe、Ni、Cr、K等杂质元素在还原钼粉料层中的分布及控制研究

摘要 为有效降低钼粉中杂质元素含量,本文对二次还原过程中钼粉Fe、Ni、Cr、K等主要杂质元素在料层中的分布状况进行了研究。试验发现:钼粉料层中,杂质元素的分布是不均匀的,顶层K含量最高并呈递减趋势;Fe、Cr等杂质元素的分布受炉管和舟皿材质的影响,在料层中部含量最低,底部和顶部相对较高;而Ni元素含量沿料层厚度变化不大。通过分析钼粉料层中杂质元素的分布情况,提出了相应的改善措施,使生产出的钼粉Fe、Ni、Cr、K等杂质元素含量得到有效控制。 In order to effectively reduce the content of impurity elements in molybdenum powder,the distribution of main impurity elements such as Fe,Ni,Cr and K in the molybdenum powder layer during the secondary reduction process was studied.It is found that the distribution of impurity elements is uneven in the molybdenum powder layer,and the content of K in the top layer is the highest and show a decreasing trend;the distribution of Fe,Cr is affected by the material of furnace tube and boat,and the content in the middle of the layer is the lowest,the bottom and top are relatively high;while the content of Ni has little change along the thickness of the molybdenum powder layer.By analyzing the distribution of impurity elements in the molybdenum powder layer,the corresponding improvement measures were proposed which make the content of impurity elements such as Fe,Ni,Cr and K in the produced molybdenum powder effectively controlled.
